This bronze sculpture was conceived by Alicia Penalba in 1970 and cast in an edition of 6 + 1 E/A by Valsuani Foundry, Paris.
.Capricorn is Latin for horned goats and an astrological sign in the zodiac. In mythology, Capricorn is usually associated with the Greek myth of the goat Amalthea, who provided milk to young Zeus, the sky and thunder god in ancient Greek religion.
